DawnTreader's Picture Book
For this blog, I have chosen a template that allows me to show pictures as big as possible . Some of the things you usually find in the sidebar, you will find here at the bottom of the page instead - Blog Archive, Followers etc.
My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4600.
For basic editing of most photos and collages I use Picasa 3.
Sometimes I also experiment with some more "artistic" effects in Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro.

it is beautiful. you can always print it and hang it on your wall. did you play in corel paint with one of your photos? lovely job
Yes I'm both the photographer and "artist" with this one. Don't think a photo print would make quite the same impression on the wall as a real oil painting, though...
A very good job. I was reading that there is a print process that prints varying paint thicknesses on to canvas. Not much good without my recalling what it was called and who does it.

These photos are taken by a friend of mine. Photo 55 in the series is an example of "painting with light" done by moving the camera during the exposure. It gives a similar result, but is a "real" photo rather than the result of photo manipulation.
Nice result for yours though. I think it would look good framed!
